| "红船精神"是习近平总书记概括的中国革命精神基因，是共产党执政的宝贵道德资源。官德作为党员干部所必需恪守的职业道德和政治操守，需要继承历史传统，并赋予新的时代内涵。"红船精神"体现出马克思主义伦理学的品性，体现了以人民为中心的义务论、无产阶级功利主义、社会主义契约精神以及对劳动人民美德的赞扬，并彰显出命运共同体情怀，这些都应该在新时代的官德中得到继承和发扬。因此，从"红船精神"的伦理向度，发掘"红船精神"对新时代官德重塑有着重要的启示意义。 |

| Red Boat Spirits, as the Chinese revolutionary gene in Xi Jinping's thought in new era, are previous resources of morality for the ruling Party. Official virtue, as the necessary professional ethics and political conduct of the Party cadres, should be fully implemented and endowed with new connotation. The Red Boat Spirits has reflected itself the quality of Marxism ethics, the feature of deontology with people first, the value of proletarian utilitarianism, the spirit of contract in socialism, and the eulogy of virtue of the laboring people and the concern to the human community destiny, which should be promoted and inherited in the official virtue in new era. The present paper interprets the ethical dimension of Red Boat Spirits and its significance to the remoulding of official virtue. |
