      建立于1907年的山西铭贤学校,在近半个世纪逐渐形成的从小学到大学本科的完整办学体系中,始终重视开展儒学教育。其"学以事人"的铭贤校训便与传统儒家思想有着比较密切的渊源。在"孔学为经、耶道为纬"的教育宗旨的指导下,铭贤学校科学合理地设置儒学教育课程,一贯坚持"以德为先"的道德教育,探索出了富有特色的"精神家庭化"的情感教育、平民化的人格教育模式。铭贤学校的这种儒学教育不是泥古不化,而是坚持中华文化本位的教育理念,在中西融通的视野下自觉进行儒学教育的现代转化,并构建了全程贯穿、全域覆盖、全员投入、全力协同的儒学教育机制。这些儒学教育的特色,一定程度上为当前的优秀传统文化教育提供了参考和借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Shanxi Mingxian School,which attaches great importance on the Confucianism Education,was founded in 1907.It has gradually developed into a full education system from primary school to undergraduate education in its past fifty years.A close relationship between the school motto of‘Learning for Serving People’and traditional Confucianism was established in the school.Under the guideline of education tenet of "Confucianism as Meridian,Christian as Weft",the school has set up a distinctive educational model of spiritual domesticated emotional education and popularizing personality education via the principle of "Virtue First" and establishment of scientific Confucius courses framework.Adhering to Chinese culture-based educational concept,the school has carried out a transformation of Confucianism education under the principle of integration of Chinese and the western culture.Meanwhile,the school has constructed an education mechanism of full coverage,holistic process,overall participation,and mutual coordination.The Confucianism education in Minxian School with distinctive characteristic could set good example and provide references for the current excellent traditional culture education.
