| 培育新型职业农民并激活其社会功能是推进我国农业现代化及乡村振兴的关键。新型职业农民可发挥的社会功能主要有：为现代农业提供人才支持；促进农村治理结构优化；带动村民脱贫致富；助力农村社区文化发展；推动城乡社会一体化。新型职业农民社会功能具有政策依赖性、群体差异性、结构嵌入性与条件限定性等特点。要稳步实现新型职业农民的社会功能，必须完善保障性的政策与制度、促进社会力量的介入、发展精细化的农民职业教育、推动新型职业农民的有序组织化。 |

| Realizing the social functions of new professional farmers is the key to promote agricultural modernization and rural revitalization. The social functions of new professional farmers include:providing human resources support for modern agriculture, improving rural community culture and the rural governance structure, driving villagers out of poverty to get rich; promoting the integration of urban and rural society, etc. They are characterized by dependence on policy, group dissimilarity, structural embeddedness and condition constraint. In order to realize the social function of new professional farmers, it's necessary to formulate supportable policies and systems, to promote the intervention of social forces, to develop accurate vocational education for farmers, and to promote the orderly organization of new professional farmers. |
