| 《周易》是中国传统文化之源，蕴涵着丰富的中华传统法文化内涵。从伦理视域看，主要体现为遏恶扬善、顺天休命的传统法精神，明慎用刑、议狱缓死的传统慎刑理念，赦过宥罪、小惩大诫的刑罚教化功能，刚健中正、金矢艰贞的公平正义原则，谨言慎行、止争息讼的和谐价值追求。 |

| Zhouyi(or The Book of Changes), as one of sources of Chinese traditional culture, contains a plenty of the thought of law. It is shown by the following ideas in the field of the judicial ethics:the idea of punishing evil-doers and praising good-doers in the traditional Chinese law, prudence in punishment, the moralization function of penalty through forgiveness as well as punishment of a trivial offence, the principle of justice, the pursuit of harmonious society through reconcilement and non-litigation. |
