| 近年来，由于人类过度排放温室气体而导致的全球气候问题所引发的自然灾害正成为全球关注的焦点。由于我国区域发展水平和增长方式迥异，导致碳排放不仅在总量上呈现增长，区域性的排放差异更为突出。在分别比较美国以及欧盟发达国家与欠发达地区碳减排机制之间的差异，并分析经济体内部碳减排机制出现差异的原因的基础上，选取我国山东、湖南、青海三省，分析在区域经济差异的条件下碳减排机制的差异及原因。通过比较分析，探究我国碳减排机制的不足，并且提出了差异化的区域碳减排策略。 |

| In recent years, global climate problems caused by excessive greenhouse gas emissions and natural disasters caused by climate problems become a worldwide concern. The different regional development level and growth pattern in China brought the increasing carbon emission as well as the striking regional emission difference. After comparing the differences in the carbon emission reduction mechanisms between the developed and underdeveloped regions in EU, the USA, etc. and analyzing elements that cause such differences, this article takes Shandong, Hunan, and Qinghai provinces in China as samples to analyze difference of carbon emission mechanism and its reasons under the conditions of the regional economic differences. By comparing with the successful carbon reduction mechanism abroad, this article analyzes the shortcomings of China's carbon emission reduction mechanism and puts forward some suggestions on improving the carbon emission reduction mechanism. |
