| 基于亨廷顿的政治发展理论，从"政治参与"和"政治制度化"两个维度考察了帝制瓦解后中国政党制度的历史嬗变过程。就上世纪前半叶处于社会急剧变化的中国而言，能否成功实现政治现代化的关键，在于是否能建立有能力制衡政治参与和有效推动政治制度化以实现政治秩序和确保政治稳定的政党制度。在分别考量了民国初年的多党制雏形、国共两次合作形成的短暂两党制和国民党一党独裁制等政党制度后，合乎情理地提出，中国共产党领导的多党合作制一方面保证了一元化的领导，另一方面又适应了政治现代化对于政治参与不断扩大的要求，是近代中国历史发展的必然产物，符合政治发展的逻辑。 |

| This article, based on Samuel Huntington's theory of political development, analyses the historical transformation of Chinese political party system in the "political participation" and "institutionalization of politics" after the monarchy collapsed in China. For China in the early half of the 20th century when the radical social changes took place, the key for realization of political modernization is whether a political party system that is capable of counterbalancing political participation and of efficiently promoting institutionalization of politics can be built so as to realize the political order. After examining the rudimentary multi-party system in the early Republic of China, the transient two-party system during the period of the Guomintang-Communist cooperation, and Guomingtang's dictatorship, this article reasonably concludes that the multi-party cooperative system under the CPC's leadership is an inevitable result of the development of Chinese history in accordance with the logic of political development because it guarantees the centralized leadership as well as the requirement of the political modernization on the increasing political participation. |
