创新的扩散效应包括:(1)同质市场的扩散效应,包括规模经济、范围经济、网络经济和速度经济各个方面的创新乘数效应;(2)互补市场的扩散效应。实现创新的扩散效应的条件如下:微观制度演进与创新协同,包括如下方面(1)创新与福特制协同,实现标准化生产的创新乘数效应;(2)创新与丰田制协同:实现柔性生产的创新乘数效应;(3)创新与温特制协同:实现模块化生产的创新乘数效应。实现上述创新效应,要完善国家创新系统,优化企业的组织形式,为上述创新乘数效应的放大提供有效的宏观和微观制度条件和支撑。 |

Diffusing effects of innovation include:(1) those in the homogeneous market like scale economy, scope economy, internet economy, speed economy and so on; (2) those in complementary market. The diffusing effect of innovation is realized under such conditions as Micro-system evolution and innovation synergy. Innovation synergy means that innovation can be combined with Fordism to produce multiplier effect brought by standardized production, with Toyotaism to produce the multiplier effect brought by flexible production, with Wintelism to produce the miltiplier effect brought by module production. Production of the innovation effect requires us to improve the national innovation system, and to optimize the organization form of enterprises, which can offer a support in macro-institution and in micro-institution to amplification of the multiplier effect of innovation. |
