| 在开辟闽西革命根据地的进程中，从新泉整训到古田会议不到一个月时间里，毛泽东结合红四军现状，在总结井冈山治军经验的基础上形成了包括党管军队、政治建军、纪律治军、宽厚待兵等内容的治军思想。它的形成得益于毛泽东本人的艰辛探索和党的其他领导人的重要贡献。形成于这一时期的毛泽东治军思想是其军事思想的重要组成部分，是创建新型人民军队的重要理论基石。 |

| When the revolutionary base area in the western Fujian Province was opened up, Mao Zedong launched the campaign to train the Red Army at Xinquan and presided the Gutian Meeting successively within a month. Considering the current situation of the 4th Red Army, he summarized the experiences in directing troops in Jinggangshan Mountain and then came up with some valuable ideas of directing troops, including the Party's control over army, army building through politics, and directing army with disciplines, treating soldiers generously, and so on. These ideas resulted from the hard exploration of Mao Zedong and his comrades. They are the important part of Mao Zedong's military thoughts as well as the theoretical cornerstone for founding the new People's Army. |
