| 发生在70年前的庆阳顺风车案，与现实生活中频发的"好意同乘"肇事案非常相似。在缺乏可资援引的既有法律条文规定的情况下，边区法律工作者坚持司法工作中的群众路线，做了大量的调查讯问和调解工作，妥善调解了原被告之间的纠纷。本案颇显复杂的调解过程，再现了"马锡五审判方式"坚持群众观点的思想精华，充分彰显了中国共产党坚持群众路线、坚持实事求是的司法原则。坚持这种司法原则，有助于我们在新的历史起点上，全面推进法治中国建设。 |

| The Qingyang Free-ride case, occurring 70 years before, is much alike the "intention accident cases of "good-willed pick-up" frequently occurring in real life. In settling the case, judicial practitioners of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region encountered the lack of applicable existing provisions. Upholding the mass line in judicial works, they took much efforts in inquiries and mediation, and managed to settle the disputes between the accuser and the accused through mediation. In the complex process of mediation, the judicial staff demonstrated the mass-line nature of "judgment of Ma Xiwu style". It showed the benefit of the CPC's commitment to judiciary principles based on mass-line and down-to-earth attitude in enlightening our realization of China under rule-of-law in a new historical start. |
