| 全球化是当前最显著的时代特征。中国的发展既是中国特色社会主义事业不断向前推进的过程，也是中国全面参与全球化，对世界经济秩序与全球治理体系不断发挥作用与影响力的过程。全球化浪潮有利于中国的发展，但与此同时，中国特色社会主义也必须面对全球化时代的治理危机与风险挑战。在全球形势纷繁复杂的情况下，加强党的建设、提升创新能力、坚持开放发展有利于保持国内各领域稳定发展，继续把中国特色社会主义事业不断推向前进。 |

| Globalization is the very sign of this age. In striding forward along the Cause of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, China participates in globalization, plays its increasingly important roles and exerts its influences on world economic orders and global governance system. Though the surges of globalization provides opportunities of development to China, they bring crisis to governance and risks to the Cause. Under the complex global situations, it is beneficial to enhance the Party system, improve the country's innovation capacity and insist on the policy of opening up, which helps keep stable growth of the country and further push forward and Cause. |
