| 中国共产党革命精神与文化是马克思主义中国化的重要精神成果，其中蕴含了中国共产党人的优良传统、红色基因和政治智慧，是中国共产党人初心的写照，更是发挥党史资政育人功能的宝贵财富。中国共产党革命精神与文化的形成离不开中华民族精神及传统文化的滋养，以及党领导的革命、建设和改革实践。加强对中国共产党革命精神与文化及其背后历史的研究和解读，是贯彻落实习近平总书记"学好党史国史必修课，不断增强历史意识，努力学会历史思维，自觉培养历史眼光"的基本要求，是"把红色资源利用好，红色传统发扬好，红色基因传承好"的现实需要。 |

| The revolutionary spirits and cultures of the Communist Party of China are important spiritual outcomes of Marxism Chinalization. Containing excellent traditions, red genes and political wisdom and reflecting the CPC members' start points, they are precious treasures for guiding the governance today and developing young generations. They are formed through the nourishment traditional Chinese spirits and cultures as well as Chinese experiences of revolution, construction and reform under the leadership of the CPC. Study and interpretation of the history underneath of spirits and cultures are prerequisites for practices of General Secretary Xi Jinping's requirements on "learning well the history of the Party and the Country, enhancing our historical consciousness, and trying to command historical thinking pattern and develop historical insights". It is also pragmatically necessary for "having good use of the resources, developing the red traditions and inheriting the red genes". |
