| 社会保障制度的建立需要社会保障思想的指导。康有为《大同书》中包涵着"一体化"的社会保障思想，对其指导思想和制度建立的相关性的论证可以进一步见证其"一体化"思想的连贯性。同时，康有为的"一体化"思想对于我国社会保障制度建设具有一定的现实意义。 |

| Establishment of a social guarantee system is realizable only under the direction of social guarantee thoughts. In his Da Tong Shu (Meditations on Universal Well-being), Kang Youwei suggests his thoughts of "comprehensive" social guarantee, which is further expounded in his elaborated on the relationship between guidelines and institutions. His thoughts in this respect are to certain extent inspiring for China's social guarantee system construction today. |
