| 目前高校意识形态工作面临三大主要挑战：业务性与意识形态性的互渗有待进一步加强，重业务轻意识形态现象普遍存在；意识形态工作创造力不高，"走形"胜过"走心"；党委意识形态话语权有待进一步强化，传统经济中心思维方式依然存在等。因此，高校的意识形态工作应在如下方面着力：充分发挥高校党委在意识形态领域的掌控作用、实现高校马克思主义意识形态培训全员化、有效激发高校意识形态工作的创造力、夯实高校党校在意识形态工作中的作用和地位、积极探索专业课思政功能。 |

| Presently, the college ideological works in China face three major challenges. The first one is insufficient integration of routine works and ideological directions and the common emphasis on the former over the latter. The second one is lower creativity in ideological works. And the third one is Party Committees' lower right of discourse and the traditional economy-centered views. Specific to the three challenges, we propose countermeasures including the college Party Committees' command in ideological field, training of all college ideological workers, stimulus of college ideological work practitioners, full use of college Party school, and exploration of the ideological functions in professional classes. |
