| 法治兴则国家兴，法治衰则国家乱。马克思社会主义法治观是马克思主义的重要内容之一，是通过社会政治经济文化的透视而得出的科学论断，是中国特色社会主义法治建设的理论基础。十八大以来，习近平总书记对"法治中国"作了重要论述，强调要"努力建设法治中国，以更好发挥法治在国家治理和社会管理中的作用"。尤其是十八届四中全会以后，习近平的法治思想得到党内外的认同，在坚持马克思社会主义法治观指导的同时，对其进一步升华，高举全面依法治国大旗，统筹谋划、积极推进，必将为引领和推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业提供坚强的法治保障。 |

| Prosper rule of law keeps a country in prosperity, while failure in rule of law leads a country to disorders. Karl Marx's views on socialist rule of law,as scientific conclusions based on political, economic and cultural scrutiny, form a key part of Marxism and thus important theoretical basis for constructing socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important remarks on "China under rule of law" and put emphasis on "constructing a country under rule of law so that the rule of laws will be played better in state governance and social administration". After the 4th session of the 18th CPCCC, Xi Jinping's thoughts on rule of law are widely recognized and accepted by communities in and outside the Party. By elevation of the thoughts with the guidance of Marx's view on socialist rule of law, we can uphold the guidelines of law-ruled state Through overall planning and incessant efforts, we would have a strong legal guarantee for the cause of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. |
