| 作为中国共产党领导人民群众在革命老区创建的政治意识形态，老区精神具有拯救民族的担当精神、勇闯新路的探索精神、献身革命的牺牲精神、忠诚为民的服务精神、艰苦奋斗的奉献精神等五大价值内涵。这些价值内涵是中华民族价值传统与具体时代相结合的产物，体现了老区精神对于民族独立、国家富强、政治民主、人民幸福的孜孜追求，是中华民族在特定时代对于民族文化价值传统的继承和发展。由此可见，老区精神上承近代以来富国强兵、民族复兴的民族渴望，下接以实现"两个百年目标"为内容的中国梦，构成了中华民族文化价值传承的重要环节。所以，老区精神是中国共产党政治实践的根脉所在，是中华民族精神的宝贵内容，也是实现中国梦的重要精神动力。因此，实现中国梦，必须弘扬老区精神。 |

| The Old Revolutionary Area Spirits are ideology formed in the process of CPC-led people revolution. They comprise of value connotations in communist belief, nation-salvation courage, innovative exploration, revolution-devotion, people-loyalty, hard-struggle and military resistance. Those value connotations are yielded in the integration of traditional Chinese values and the situation of modern China. They highlighted the dream of people in old revolutionary area for national independence, national prosperity, political democracy and people welfare. They show inheritance and development of traditional Chinese values in given age. The spirits form an important section in Chinese cultural values succession which links Chinese people's aspiration of prosperity and rejuvenation and the China dream featured in the "Two Centenary Goal". They form the fundamentals of CPC political practices, the spiritual treasures of Chinese nation, and the important spiritual dynamics for realizing China Dream. Therefore, it is necessary to uphold the old revolutionary area spirits in realizing China Dream. |
