| 民国江西慈善总会是民国时期重要的慈善团体之一。自民初成立以来，对于地方公益及自然灾害救济，无不尽力为之。1932年改组后，又受省政府委托，协助管理省区救济院、平民习艺所等社会救济机构。在艰难时局之下竭力维持，取得较好的成效。该会虽胎始于传统慈善组织，但逐渐建立起了现代社团的运营机制，是中国传统慈善组织成功实现近代转型的案例之一。 |

| ROC Jiangxi Charity Federation was one of the important charity institutions in the Republic of China age. Since its foundation in early ROC years, the federation took its utmost efforts in activities for local public welfare and natural disaster alleviation. After its restructuring in 1932, under the trust of the Provincial Government, the federation assisted in managing the Provincial Charity and the Crafts Training Center for Civilians, and made great achievements in the difficult situation. The federation established an operation system of modern society despite of its origin as a traditional charity organization. It is one of the stories of traditional Chinese charity organizations which succeeded in modern transition. |
