College teachers' adoption of social work agencies meet to great extent the needs of an age of rapidly developing social works. It helps promote the construction of profession system of social works, the localizing development of the works and the professional capability of college teachers engaged in the discipline. In this research, we found that the adoption brings about remarkable changes in the teachers' capabilities of teaching, social services and academic studies. |
