| 理想信念是中国共产党人精神上的"钙"。党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视领导干部理想信念的教育，认为理想信念坚定是好干部的第一位标准。红色文化资源是优质的理想信念教育资源，综合利用体验式、展示式、参与式、模拟式等教学方式，可提升干部理想信念教育效果：在情感态度上，加深干部对党和人民的深厚感情；在理论认知上，提升干部政治素养，牢固树立"四个意识"；在行为规范上，提高干部为人民服务的工作能力。 |

| Ideals and beliefs work as the "calcium" for the CPC members' spirits. Since the 18th Congress of the Party, the Central Committee led by comrade Xi Jinpin put great emphasis on education of the leaders and cadres in the respects and take firm ideals and beliefs as the first criterion for good cadres. Red cultural resources are desirable resources for such education. Through ways of experiencing, displaying, participation and simulations, we can use the resources to improve the effects of the education. Therefore we can strengthen the cadres' affection to the Party and to the people, improve their political quality and their adherence to "four consciousnesses", and promote their capability of serving the people. |
