| 在法治一体建设背景下，法治社会建设具有十分重要的地位。社会组织发展壮大及其依法运行是法治社会建设的重中之重。国家权力的培育与扶持属于法治社会建设的辅助性和外源性动力，而社会组织自身发展壮大是法治社会建设的根本性动力。法治社会建设实践路径主要包括社会组织自身的发展壮大，社会组织依法运行以及社会组织参与多元纠纷解决机制。法治社会健康发展对于限制和监督国家权力的滥用，巩固法治的基础和根基具有十分重要的意义。 |

| In the context of integrated construction of rule by law,establishment of a law-based society holds an important position and the development and growth of social organizations and their exercise according to law are of utmost importance in the construction of a society ruled by law. The cultivation and support of state power belong to auxiliary and exogenous drive in the construction of a society ruled by law while the self development and growth of social organizations are the fundamental motive force.The practical ways for the construction of a society ruled by law include the self development and growth of social organizations, their exercise according to law and their participation in multiple disoute resolution mechanisms. The healthy development of a society ruled by law is of greatest importance to restricting and supervising the abuse of state power and consolidating the foundation of rule by law. |
