      心理资本指的是个体成长过程中形成的积极心态表现,从企业人力资源管理角度来说,随着知识经济时代对人才创新渴求度的提升,个体积极形态因素的集合促使其"资本化",并达到与人力资本、社会资本、财力资本地位相当的水平。针对心理资本开发与企业人力资源管理展开研究,在深入分析心理资本理论的同时,与中国国情下的企业人力资源管理需求相结合,利用实证分析和数据归纳等方法,提出相应的策略和创新模式。
英文摘要:
      Psychological Capital Appreciation refers to the formation of individual positive attitude in its process of growth.From the angle of enterprise human resource management and with ascendance of the desire for talent innovation in the era of knowledge economy, collection of individual positive factors helps to form "capital", and achieve an equal level with that of human capital, social capital and financial capital. Aiming at research on the development of psychological capital and human resource management, with in-depth analysis of psychological capital theory, combined with the needs of enterprise human resources management under China's national conditions, and by using empirical analysis and data summary, this paper attempts to put forward the corresponding strategies and innovation modes.
