| 1929年，红四军七大前后发生了一场史称"朱毛之争"的严重争论。这场争论过程虽然有许多消极影响，但争论的结果却实现了从思想认识的严重分歧到高度统一的历史性跨越，产生了"古田会议决议"这一马克思主义中国化的建党建军纲领性文献。这场争论是红军创建初期在探索党和军队关系以及军队自身建设等诸多问题过程中的不同意见的争论。越是开拓性的工作，就越是有可能产生不同的观点和看法。主要领导之间有不同的观点和看法是正常的，关键是如何正确对待和妥善处理这些不同的观点和看法。这场争论虽然已经过去了近90年的历史，但对我们今天的工作仍有重要启示。 |

| Around the Seventh Congress of the Fourth Red Army of CPC there broke out a serious debate known as Zhu-Mao Struggle.Though there were a lot of negative effects in the process of debate,as a result it achieved a historic breakthrough from serious differences in ideological understanding to its unanimity and worked out the Resolution of the Gutian Conference,a programmatic document of Sinicized Marxism for Party and army building.This debate showed different opinions in expioring the relations betweent the Party and the army and the building of the army itself and many other problems.The more pioneering work it is,the more likely there are different points of view and opinions.It is normal for chief leaders to have different points of view and opinions and the key lies in how to correctly see and properly cope with these different points of view and opinions.Although it has passed ninety years,the debate still has important enlightment to our today's work. |
