| The Autumn Harvest Uprising served as a heroic undertaking against the Kuomintang reactionaries with armed force and Mao Zedong was its planner and commander.When the insurrectionary troops failed in the attack of Changsha,Mao Zedong,after judging the hour and sizing up the situation,led the the troops to the rural areas,keeping the effective force and sarting the new period of setting up the Jinggang Mountains Revolutionary Base Areas.The main revelations of the difficult process of the Autumn Harvest Uprising led by Mao Zedong to leading cadres lie in that it is necessary to enhance dress consciousness,stick to the principle of seeking truth and have the courage to hold responsibilities. |
