| 考察一个政党的内部政治文化，往往需要把握其产生和发展过程中的关键节点和历史事件。回顾党的九十多年历史、追溯党内政治文化的本源，党的创建带有奠基性的意义。党的创建实现了党内政治文化初步塑造，是党内政治文化发展史上的一个关键时期。加强党内政治文化建设，需要从包括党的创建在内的党的整个历史中汲取营养。 |

| To investigate the political culture within a Party,it is usually necessary to grasp the key nodes and historical events in its process of emergence and development.Surveying the Party history for more than 90 years and tracing back to its original source,we find that the setting-up of the Party holds foundational significance.The setting-up of the Party has realized the preliminary molding of the political culture within the Party and serves as a crucial period in its development. To strengthen the building of the political culture within the Party,it is necessary to absorb nourishment from the whole history of the Party including that of her foundation. |
