| 习近平的科学问题意识可以从增强科学问题意识的内在原因、科学问题意识的内在意蕴与树立科学问题意识的内在原则三个层面加以阐释。在习近平的视阈中，增强科学问题意识不仅是把握时代潮流的重要前提，也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要保证，更是实现创新的重要环节。所谓科学问题意识的内涵，可以概括为以下三个命题：科学提出问题的实质在于辨识矛盾，科学分析问题的核心在于解析矛盾，科学解决问题的重点在于平衡矛盾。而要树立科学问题意识的关键在于端正主体态度、遵循科学的方法以及确立合理制度。 |

| Xi Jin-ping' scientific problem consciousness can be expounded from three levels,that is, the inner reason for strengthening scientific problem consciousness,its inner implications and the inner principles of establishing scientific problem consciousness.In the eyes of Xi Jin-ping, scientific problem consciousness is not only an important prerequisite for grasping the trend of the times,but also a major promise for achieving the great revival of the Chinese nation,and even a key link in realizing innovation.The connotation of scientific problem consciousness can be summed up as the following three statements:The essence of raising a problem scientifically lies in identifying contradictions;The core of analysing problems scientifically rests in resolving contradiction;The priority on solving problems scientifically depends on balancing contradictions.And the key to establishing scientific problem consciousness consists in taking a correct subject attitude,following a scientific approach and setting up a reasonable system. |
