| “红色文化遗产”是从遗产科学的视角提出的学术概念，这一命题带有明显的事件指向、时间指向与意义指向，是特定历史时期内与特定事件相关，蕴含特殊意义的一类遗产。因此，红色文化遗产对于公民爱国情感的提升、城市文化精神的凝练以及国家文化安全的强化具有重要的意义。当前，上海红色文化遗产呈现出体量大与影响小的结构性矛盾，红色内涵挖掘不足、利用方式单调以及城市发展定位对于红色文化价值的忽视是其主要原因。因此，通过加强顶层设计，统筹红色文化遗产的发展，注重红色精神的阐释，强化在场实践体验，以更多创新的红色产品形态丰富红色供给内涵，探索红色文化供给从同质化到精品化的升级，并且推动上海红色文化的对外传播，从而实现红色文化遗产的协同发展。 |

| Red Cultural Heritage is an academic concept put forward from the perspective of heritage science. This proposition is a kind of inheritance which is related to specific events,time and meaning, and contains special significance in a certain historical period. Red cultural heritage plays an important role in promoting patriotism, cohering city spirit and enhancing national cultural security. At present, red cultural heritage in Shanghai does not have as much influence as its amount. The main reasons lie in the lack of red connotation, the monotonous way of the use of red cultural heritage and the ignorance of the value of red culture for the development of the city. Through strengthening the top-level design, developing red cultural heritage as a whole,laying emphasis on interpretation of the connotation of red heritage, intensifying the on-site practice experience and enriching red supply connotation with more red product forms,this paper tries to research the promotion of the red culture supply from homogenization to best quality and of the external communication of red culture in Shanghai so as to achieve the synergistic development of red cultural heritage |
