| 中央苏区在土地分配过程中提出了“抽多补少”、“抽肥补瘦”的分配办法，并以此作为反富农的重要内容。但在中共中央看来，“抽多补少”、“抽肥补瘦”却是错误的“富农路线”；而苏区中央局则对这一分配办法先肯定后否定。中共中央和中央苏区的看法不同，反映了双方对反富农的认识不同，而苏区中央局的先肯定后否定，则折射出中央与地方之间的关系问题。 |

| In the process of land allotment in the Central Soviet Area the policy of "taking from the haves and giving to the have-nots" and "taking from the fat to pad the lean" was put forward and taken as the important anti-rich-peasant content,but in the eyes of the then Central Communist Party of China,this policy belonged to a wrong rich peasant line while the Central Soviet Area Bureau first affirmed but later negated this policy.These different views between the then Central Communist Party of China and the Central Soviet Area Bureau gave reflection to different anti-rich-peasant understanding between the both sides while the Central Soviet Area Bureau' different attitudes of first affirming but later negating this policy suggested the subtle relationships between the Central and the local. |
