      在当前社会转型时期,社会结构、生活方式、价值风尚等大环境的迅速变迁,以及高校教育模式、管理体制、评价机制等小环境的深刻改变,客观上使一些高校教师在职业认同、教学方式、师生关系处理等方面程度不同地陷入了伦理困境和价值冲突,并从而在一定程度上对高校教育教学效果产生了负面影响。教师自身思想价值观念的调适是应对这些伦理困境和价值冲突的内在因素和根本方式,但社会大环境的合理优化以及高校教育模式、管理体制、评价机制的改进与完善,也是不可忽略的外部条件。
英文摘要:
      In this social transition period, college teachers are experiencing swift shift in social structure, life style and values, as well as the profound changes in college modes of education, management and assessment. Those factors throw the teachers into ethical dilemma and value conflicts of career cognition, teaching style and teacher-student relations; they exerts negative influences in college education and teaching effects. The teachers' adjustment is fundamental solution to such dilemma and conflicts, but reasonable optimization of social situations and improvement college mechanism of education, management and assessment also play important roles.
