| 提升中国哲学社会科学的学术话语权，不能像西方学术话语那样靠话语霸权，而是要靠中国哲学社会科学自身的学术影响力和竞争力。学术影响力和竞争力来自三个方面，即内容、形式和作用。要使中国哲学社会科学的内容有吸引力，形式上靠得住，作用上比西方哲学社会科学更大，这样在学术竞争中才能站稳脚跟，确立中国哲学社会科学的学术话语权和影响力。 |

| The improvement of China's academic right of speech in philosophy and social science cannot be realized through discourse hegemony, as what the Westerners have done, but through the influences and competitiveness of the country's academics itself. Such influences and competitiveness come from academic contents, forms and functions. It is necessary to make attractive contents, reliable forms and rich functions, so that China's philosophical and social academics will survive the competition and gain their right of speech and influences. |
