| “太阳花学运”、“反课纲运动”以及2016台湾“大选”等显示，台湾的社会生态正在发生深刻变化。这些变化对巩固与深化两岸关系和平发展构成挑战。巩固与深化两岸关系和平发展，可从激发两岸和平发展的源源社会动力入手：一是厚植两岸非政治性共同利益；二是形塑两岸共同精神纽带；三是在大陆开展社会创新实验；四是建构两岸生活共同体。两岸关系和平发展的重要目的就是通过和平发展，让两岸民众共同分享“和平红利”，在这个过程中不断充实两岸关系和平发展的社会动力，为两岸最终和平统一作社会准备。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The social ecology of Taiwan is undergoing profound turn, as illustrated by the "Sunflower Student Movement", "Anti-Curriculum Movement" and the "general election" of twain in 2016. Those changes form challenges on the consolidation and deepening of the peaceful development of cross-strait relationship. In view of the realities, to peacefully develop the relationship, it is possible to resort to the social motivations for peaceful development. The possible efforts include:(1) to enrich the non-political common interests between the two sides; (2) to shape the common spiritual ties of the two sides; (3) to roll out experiments of social innovations; and (4) to construct a cross-strait community of life. The peaceful development of the cross-strait relationship is principally aimed to give people at both sides shares of "peace dividend" through the efforts, in process of which we can enrich the social motivation for the peaceful development and prepare for the ultimate unification. |
