| 全球化时代，资本主义在经济、政治、文化和社会等领域呈现出新变化，对中国发展主要构成如下挑战：一是跨国公司、国际经济结构和金融危机对国家经济发展与安全造成冲击；二是全球公民社会话语、全球治理和“普世价值”推销等后现代政治趋势对民主政治形成挑战；三是“文化帝国主义”战略破坏国家文化建设与安全；四是社会矛盾的蔓延及其“高风险性”威胁国家稳定与发展。中国要在挑战中制定策略，不断完善经济发展模式，加强民主政治、文化安全体系及和谐社会建设。 |

| In this globalization age, capitalism shows new trends in economic, political, cultural and social aspects. They form following challenges on China. First is the impact on national economic development and security brought about by multinational companies, international economic structure and financial crisis. Second is the challenge on democratic politics shaped by post-modern political moves like global civil society discourses, global governance and advertisement of "universal values". Third is the erosion of national cultural construction and security by "cultural imperialism". And the fourth is threat on national stability and development made by overspreading social conflicts and its "high risks". In countering the challenges, China needs to further improve its economic development mode, its democratic politics, its cultural security system and its harmonious society construction. |
