| “四个全面”战略思想形成具有四个因素：一是客观因素，对中国现实问题的关注与解答为其形成提供了基本依据；二是方法因素，马克思主义世界观和方法论为其形成提供了科学认知基础；三是历史因素，中国优秀传统文化中的治国理政思想为其形成提供了重要借鉴；四是国外因素，西方国家的治国理政经验和教训为其形成提供了有益参照。 |

| The strategic thought of "Four Comprehensives" is developed on basis of four factors. First is objective factor. The concern of and answer to realistic questions have formed basic foundation for the thought. Second is methodological factor. The Marxist world view and methodology form basis of scientific cognition for the thought. Third is historical factor. The ideas on governance in excellent traditional Chinese culture have offered valuable expertise for the thought. Fourth is foreign factor. The experiences and lessons of Western countries have provided useful references. |
