| 苏联东欧地区共产党改革派认为,在目前世界社会主义运动处于低潮，社会主义革命时机尚未成熟的情况下，党必须认真分析并正确解释有关苏联解体、新自由主义全球化、资本主义经济危机以及社会主义前途和社会主义建设等重大理论和现实问题，积极宣传马克思主义理论，引导工人和人民群众积蓄力量，坚持政治斗争，为未来革命高潮到来和社会主义革命胜利做好准备。 |

| In the mind of the reformists, the worldwide socialist movement is in its low-tide and the opportunity for socialist revolution is not yet ready. Under such situation, the Parties should take efforts to analyze and correctly explain such great theoretical and practical problems as the collapse of Soviet Union, the new-liberal globalization, capitalist economic crisis, the future of socialism and socialist constructions. They should enthusiastically spread Marxist theories, guide worker and mass people to accumulate power for political struggle, thus preparing for the surge and victory of socialist revolution in the future. |
