| 高速运转的当代，人类面临着竞争与繁忙交错的重重压力，精神与肉体出现分离，心灵的自由受到压抑，人的生命本真被扭曲。在这种社会现实背景下，彰显生命本真的休闲成为人的内在诉求。人们在休闲过程中不仅释放生命本真之自由性，而且充分实现生命本真之自然性并拓展生命本真之精神性。通过休闲，人的生命本真得以回归。 |

| in the fast-paced contemporary society, people are under heavy pressure resulted from competition and busy life. They experience separation between spirits and body, restraints on mental freedom and distortion of genuine life. In such a society, leisure as embodiment of genuine life becomes people's inherent desire. Through leisure, people will not only release their genuine life freedom, realize their life naturalness and expand their life spirits. Through leisure, they return to life authenticity. |
