| 从战斗精神的科学内涵、其生成机理和影响因素分析，目前我军战斗精神培育中所遇到的矛盾与挑战主要包括三个方面：从时间层面看，当前战斗精神培育方式缺乏强烈的时代气息，与时代的趋势和特点脱节；从实践层面看，官兵普遍缺乏实战考验，战场经验严重不足，从根本上制约战斗精神的产生和发展；从心理层面看，官兵普遍信仰弱化，加上传统文化中的消极因素和现代唯武器论的影响，战斗精神生成的内在动力严重不足。因此，可从四个方面入手，探索出一套适合我军发展的培育战斗精神的创新途径：加强思想政治教育方法和机制的创新，充分发挥政治工作对战斗精神培育的促进作用；从难从严从实战化训练摔打部队，让战斗精神培育扎根深厚的实践土壤中；强化领导典范机制，发挥党员干部的模范带头和凝聚感召的作用；改进战斗文化机制，打造强军文化，发挥其对战斗精神培育的熏陶作用。 |

| Combating spirit is an essential spiritual support for an army to keep fighting power. Building long-term mechanism of combating spirit is a fundamental requirement to strengthen our military struggle preparations and achieve the goal of a strong army in the new period. This paper probes into the scientific connotation of combating spirits, explores the mechanism and influential factors on the spirits, and reveals the contradicts and challenges impeding on developing PLA combating spirits. It proposes innovative approaches for enhancing PLA's combating spirits. |
