| 教育宣传工作是我们党的一项重要工作，是凝聚力量、团结群众的重要举措。百色起义期间，以邓小平为代表的根据地领导人极为重视教育宣传工作，较早提出要通过教育宣传工作来唤醒广大民众、要通过教育宣传工作来锻造革命干部等重要思想，形成了一套较为完备的教育、宣传工作新举措，在教育方面提出多层化的教育理论、形成多型化的教育方式，在宣传方面形成大众化的宣传方式、制定了灵活多样的宣传策略，为百色起义的胜利奠定了坚实的群众基础。 |

| Cultural propaganda is an important initiative by which the CPC organizes powers, unites mass people and prevails its enemies in the revolutionary years. In the Baise Uprising period, the CPC organs led by Deng Xiaoping paid great attentions to the works of education and propaganda. In early time they put forward the idea of arousing mass people and training revolutionary cadres by propaganda. They especially made for such works a comprehensive mechanism which laid solid basis for the victory of Baise Uprising. |
