| The Gu Jin Ming Ju He Xuan (Anthologies of Renown Dramas, from Antique to Present) was a selection of dramas compiled by Meng Chenshun in late Ming Dynasty. The book is a high-quality anthology among its contemporary ones, featured in unique underlying values in documentaries, theoretical criticism and cultural studies. It not only marked brilliance of play-writing in Ming Dynasty, but also exerted profound influences on the drama writing and theoretical researches of later times. |
