| 检察官制度是一个国家司法制度的重要组成部分。检察官担负着维护社会公平正义的神圣职责。建国以来, 我国逐步建立了较为完善的检察官制度, 但是与我国法治事业的发展要求相比, 我国检察官队伍正规化、专业化、职业化建设还存在不适应、不完善的问题, 需要进一步严格检察官的遴选条件, 健全检察官招录制度, 改革检察官管理制度, 建立统一的检察官职前培训制度。 |

| The prosecutor system is an important part of judicial system in a country. The prosecutor takes on the sacred duty of safeguarding social fairness and justice. Since the founding of the PRC, our country gradually established a relatively perfect system of prosecutor, but compared with the development of the rule of law, the specialization and professionalization of attorney team construction in China is not adapt to, and is not imperfect, prosecutors need to further strict conditions of the selection and a sound system of enrolling prosecutors, reform the prosecutor management system, unified the prosecutor training system before office. |
