| 培育和践行社会主义核心价值观, 需要把握大众的特点。今天的大众是以多质化的形态存在与发展, 这是红色文化培育大众核心价值观首要关注的问题。红色文化是以革命精神为核心的先进文化, 与社会主义核心价值观具有内在一致性。因而, 通过加强红色文化教育, 拓展传播渠道, 打造红色经典, 强化红色文化场馆建设, 使其成为涵化大众核心价值观的重要资源。 |

| The culturing of mass people with belief and practice of Socialist Core Values needs good understanding of the people's features. The mass people today exist and grow in multiple forms, which set up the primary focus for our works of nourishing mass people's core values with red culture. Red culture is advanced revolutionary-spirits-cored culture which is inherently consistent with Socialist Core Values. Its insistence on noble and firm belief is consistent with the nation-level Core Values, its promotion of freedom and equality consistent with society-level ones, and its elaboration of noble moralities consistent with person-level ones. Hence it is necessary to broaden the channels of red culture dissemination, which includes improving mass people's cultural qualities through red culture education, enlarging red culture transmission approaches by new media platform, moving mass people with classic red culture works, and building red education surrounding through construction of red culture venues. |
