| 大学生网民通过微博、博客以及贴吧,在网上发表意见,形成网络舆论。如果舆论失控,可能产生网络舆情危机。大学生网络舆情具有传播快捷、信息多元化、表达情绪化和利益相关性等特点,高校在对大学生网络舆情引导和管理方面存在着校方回应滞后、缺乏相应的规章制度、工作方式不当、引导措施不足等问题,因此,需要构建高校网络舆情工作的引导机制,培养"意见领袖",重视网络道德教育和组织大学生参加社会实践活动。 |

| When college studentexpress their opinions through weibo,blog and post bar on internet, cyber public opinions are formed. If the opinions go wild, cyber public opinion crisis may be produced. Due to the features of its rapid spreading, diverse information resources, emotional expression and interest-relatedness, cyber public opinions give rise to many difficulties for college administrators. Many problems exist in their guidance and managements of the opinions, such as retard response, lack of regulations, dull work styles and ineffective guidance. Thus it is necessary to construct a mechanism for college student cyber public opinion guidance, shape "opinion leaders", put emphasis on cyber moral education and organize college students for social practices. |
