本文从生源、课程体系、教学实施、学位论文等方面概括了当前国际商务硕士教育的实践性困境, 认为“国际商务硕士人才培养定位模糊、硕士研究生培养思维的学术化定势和行业企业的人才培养积极性低”是当前困境的主要原因, 由此建议, 立足“应用性”,明确生源的“实践背景与专业背景”,抓住“应用性课程”和“专业实践教学”,加强“专业实践条件建设”和“专业实践教学管理”,突出“学位论文实践性”,最终实现“核心职业能力”的形成与升华。 |

In this paper, the author outlines the practical dilemma that China's MIB education encounters in applicants, curriculum, teaching system and academic papers. The present dilemma is result from the ambiguous position of MIB talents, the inertia of China's master-degree postgraduate education which take priority of academic training, as well as the low enthusiasm of enterprises. It is suggested that the education should be “practical-based”. It is necessary to clarify the applicants' “application and professional background”, focus on “practical courses” and “professional practice teaching”, enhance “professional practice facilities” and “professional practice management”, emphasize the “practicality of academic thesis”, hence cultivating students' “core professional capabilities”. |
