农村幼儿教师工作满意度关乎农村学前教育质量及可持续发展。采用问卷调查及访谈法, 抽取江西省24所幼儿园301位农村幼儿教师进行工作满意度调查, 结果发现:农村幼儿教师工作满意度的总体状况接近满意;满意度最高的是师幼关系, 最低的是经济收入;不同学历、不同单位性质的教师工作满意度有差异。建议通过提高经济收入、改进幼儿园领导管理、提高社会声誉来提高农村幼儿教师工作满意度。 |

Job satisfaction of preschool teachers affects the quality and sustainable development of the preschool education in rural areas. With questionnaire and interviews, this investigation was made over 301 preschool teachers in rural areas from 24 kindergartens. Results show that job satisfaction of preschool teachers are close to satisfactory. They are most satisfied with the relationships between teachers and kids, and least so about the income. Their job satisfaction differs along with varying academic background and different employers. it is suggested to heighten rural preschool teachers' job satisfaction through better income, improving kindergarten management, improving the teachers' social reputations. |
