| 江西是“红色旅游资源大户”,随着近年来中国红色旅游的迅速发展,江西红色旅游资源开发也迈上了新台阶。但在发展的同时也暴露出了开发趋同化、衍生品单一等问题。要增强江西红色旅游资源开发的核心竞争力,服务于江西经济社会的发展,实施知识产权战略是必由之路。这一战略的实施需要我们从以下六个方面具体谋划和布局:一是增强红色旅游资源从业者的知识产权意识;二是完善红色旅游资源开发知识产权制度建设;三是合理判定红色旅游资源的权利主体;四是构筑红色旅游资源开发知识产权保护网;五是加快优质红色旅游产品的研发;六是严打涉红色旅游产品知识产权侵害。 |

| Jiangxi enjoys abundant red tourist resources and it has made great achievements in exploiting the resources. However, it also faces some problems like repetitive development and weak derivative products. Hence intellectual property strategy is important and inevitable for Jiangxi's better exploration of red tourist resources in according to the provinces economic and social development demands. It is imperative to apply the strategy in six respects. First is enhancing the red tour practitioners' intellectual property consciousness; second is improving the intellectual property system of red resource exploitation; third is reasonable judgment of right subjects of the property; fourth is building a intellectual property protection net for the red resources; fifth is facilitating the development of quality tour products; sixth is fighting against infringement of intellectual properties. |
