| 在苏区中央局工作期间,任弼时先后出任中央代表团负责人、苏区中央局书记和组织部长等职务,在富田事件的处理中一定程度上保护了党内不少同志,支持了毛泽东的正确主张,客观上有利于反“围剿”战争的胜利;筹划两次会议,对于苏区党政组织的建设做出了重要贡献;在第四次反“围剿”战争期间,主持后方工作,为前方战事开展提供了后勤保障。在这一系列工作中,任弼时展现了其良好的工作能力,也逐渐成长为党的优秀领导人。 |

| From April, 1931 to April 1933, Ren Bishi worked in the CPC Soviet Area Central Bureau, serving as head of the Central Delegation as well as Secretary and Organization Chief of the Bureau. In dealing with the Futian Incident, he protected many CPC cadres and supported Mao Zedong's correct standpoints, thus objectively helping the Red Army win victory in the "anti-besieging" campaigns. He planned two important conferences which promoted the development of Party organization in the Soviet Area. In the Fourth campaign against the "besieging", he presided the backup works and provided logistical supports for the frontier fights. In those works, Ren Bishi displayed his work excellence and became an outstanding leader of the CPC. |
