小微企业创业失败会使创业者的经济、生理、信心等方面遭受打击,引发旁观者对未来创业心理恐惧。传统创业教育主流研究偏重对成功案例提炼的正面教育,而漠视失败经验的总结,使我国高校创业教育理论缺少对创业失败的研究。文章系统分析了国内外对创业研究的现状,剖析了研究失败学习难的归因,提出了完善我国高校创业教育理论体系的构想。 |

Failure in small and mini enterprise business may lead the entrepreneurs to economic, psychic and psychological frustrations and bring about fear for the possible entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education in China traditionally focuses on the summary of successful cases and neglects the lessons of failures. As a result, there is big void in China's college entrepreneurship education theory. In this paper, the author systematically analyzes the situations of entrepreneurship education in China and abroad, explores the factors that result to difficulties in failure learning, and proposes a scheme for perfect China's college entrepreneurship education theory system. |
