| 司法社会工作的基本理论主要来源于刑事司法理论观点、社会工作理论范式以及传统文化基因。此外,由于司法与社会工作在价值理念、专业规范等方面存在内在冲突,因此会形成关于司法社会工作的调和性理论。以此为基础,司法社会工作的主要议题有:如何看待犯罪与罪错者、能否实现刑罚目的以及怎样体现正义等。 |

| The primary theory of justice social works originates mainly from criminal justice theory, social work theory paradigm and traditional cultural gene. In addition, there is theory of reconciliation for justice social work due to the internal conflicts between justice and social works in aspects of value philosophy, professional norms, etc. On this basis, the major topics of justice social work include how to treat the crime and the offenders, whether the purpose of punishment can be realized, and how to embody the justice, etc. |
