| 从西方资本主义国家盛行的凯恩斯主义的破产到新自由主义酿成的金融危机,结合北欧的民主社会主义,在充分认识苏联东欧社会主义国家的瓦解和我国的改革开放、建设中国特色社会主义的基础上,展开对科学社会主义的新认识。市场经济的历史命运及其与社会主义的关系,是一个崭新的课题,做好社会主义与市场机制融为一体的现实课题,是中国人面临的伟大历史任务。我国实行“公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展”的基本经济制度,就存在着剥削现象,这是不容回避的客观事实。但其根本不同于资本主义条件下资本与雇佣劳动完全是统治与被统治、压迫与被压迫的剥削关系。我国现行的基本经济制度也不是权宜之计,中国特色社会主义更不是资本主义。 |

| This paper is a speculation inspired by the bankruptcy of Keynesianism, the new-liberalism-led financial crisis, the democratic socialism in Northern Europe as well as the collapse of the Soviet Union and other socialist states in Eastern Europe, and with considerations of China's practices of reform, opening up and socialism with Chinese characteristics. The historical destiny of market economy and its relationship with socialism is a totally new question, and the integration of socialism and market mechanism is a great historical task for Chinese people today. As China adopts a basic economic system characterized in “public ownership as majority and co-development of economies of multiple ownership forms”, there is non-negligible exploitation in China today. However, such a relationship is fundamentally different from the capital-and-wage-labor relationship under capitalist conditions, which are something between the dominating and the dominated, the suppressing and the suppressed. On the other hand, the current Chinese basic economic system is not temporary or interim, and the socialism with Chinese characteristics is by no means capitalistic. |
