如何成为一名“好老师”关系到“如何是”的价值问题。在探讨打造中国“梦之队”的“好老师”过程中发现有许多值得关注的点,其中新型师生关系的建构显得比较重要。从本土文化观照,呈现出关注人性、滋养人格、以德立命三个特点。放眼世界,西方平等关系的教育、生活情境中的教育以及超越学科边界的教育等,都为新型师生关系的转向提供了基础和广阔的背景。为了在教育活动中践行好具有中国特色的教师核心价值观,有必要再认知和定位新型的师生关系,以促进新型师生关系的建构。由此,需坚持三个转向:由教者转向参与,构建平等的关系;由站讲台转向沉入生活,形成互动的关系;由单向度转向多维,促进和谐的关系。 |

How to be a good teachers is a question of values of "how being". In our exploration of China's Dream Team Teacher, we found that the construction of new-type student-teacher relationship is important. In perspective of Chinese culture, the relationship is characterized in the focus of human nature, human growth and morality orientation. In the worldwide perspective, Western ideas on education of equality, education in life situations and inter-discipline education have provided foundations and broad backgrounds for the transition to new-type teacher-student relationship. In order to take into practice the core values of teacher with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to re-understand and re-position a new type teacher-student relationship and thus promote its formation. And it is necessary to uphold three transitions, that is, the transition from a teacher to a participant for equal relationship; the transition from "on tribune" to "in life" for interactive relationship; and the transition from one-dimensional convey to multidimensional communication for harmonious relationship. |
