      在历来的文化观念中,教师通常被定位为一种社会精英,这种定位迄今并没有本质变化。社会精英的定位意味着,教师被要求承担高于普通民众的伦理义务,也就是说,他们不能像后者那样只需遵循宽松的现实伦理,而需要践行严格的现实伦理标准甚至理想的伦理标准。但另一方面,他们与普通民众一样面临生存的压力,必须通过自身的努力获得生存的条件。这两个方面的共同作用,使得教师职业始终存在着某种紧张关系,由此在教师伦理上引起或加剧了若干后果。只有溯源到教师职业的文化特征这个层次,才能对教师伦理的许多问题有更科学的了解和理解,从而找到解决问题的有效方法。
英文摘要:
      Traditionally, teachers were seen as social elites. It remains essentially the same today. Such a position means that teachers should bear more ethical duties than common people. In other words, unlike common people who need to follow loose realistic ethical norms, they have to abide to strict realistic ethic norms or even ideal norm. However, on the other hand, like common people they face life pressure and have to meet the conditions of survival through their own efforts. Effects of the two respects throw teachers in somewhat tensions and therefore give rise to or sharpen some results of teacher's vocational ethics. It is on the dimension of the cultural features of teacher as a vocation can we find more rational understanding of teacher's vocational ethics and find out effective solutions.
