| 红色资源是中国共产党领导中国人民在革命战争时期所形成的具有资政育人功能的历史遗存。红色资源蕴含着崇高的革命精神和深厚的思想文化，包含了丰富的理想信念、宗旨意识、优良作风和党的纪律教育等内容。利用红色资源对干部进行教育，要发挥红色资源对干部的情感激励作用、理论认知作用和行为塑造作用，采用专题讲授、现场体验、与红军后代座谈等教学方法。 |

| Red resources are historical heritages left by the CPC and Chinese people in revolutionary period. As treasures of noble revolutionary spirits and profound thoughts, they are valuable both for political reference and education, containing rich resources of ideas, beliefs, purposes, disciplines and self promotions. Use of those resources for official education should be focused on their effects in emotional incentive, theoretical cognition and behavior development and through forms of session lectures, on-site experiences and seminars with Red Army descendants. |
