| The lawsuit Goldwater against Carter, which took place during the Sino-U.S. Diplomatic-tie establishment process, concerns the distribution of the power-to-abolish-foreign-treaty between the Congress and the Presidency. An analysis of the lawsuit will be helpful to understand the reason of controversy and to learn more about the three-branch balance mechanism of the U.S. Government. |
